As of fall 2022, there is no formal organization whatsoever. There is a community of people who have indicated interest through word of mouth, LinkedIn or the either/org website. There is no decision-making model in place.
Between 2020 and 2021, Stephanie Gioia was primarily stewarding this work - setting up meetings, facilitating, documenting decisions and moving the ball forward. Between 2021 and 2022 Stephanie was joined by Kristi McFarland in playing this administrator/coordinator role. As of summer 2022, there are over 300 LinkedIn Group members, over 150 people who have attended meetings, and over 90 people who have contributed to the pattern library - we are at the tipping point of needing clear decision-making. People who are encountering this project recently are raising very good questions about power, ownership, legitimacy, and transparency.
