Why did Either/Org start the Guides directory?

Since either/org is a non-profit collaborative research project, we are not in the business of providing services to clients. But many people arrive at either/org looking for help. We want to refer them to great partners.

Either/Org wants to list you as a Guide if…

• You provide consulting services to organizations or individuals on organizational design, including any of the following:

  

• Your organization aligns with Either/Org’s values and mission

• You practice your field of organizational design through a liberatory lens

• This is a global project - we hope to include guides in all regions of the world

• We want to bring special attention to BIPOC-led and women-led organizations

Benefits to Guides

• Visibility among founders and leaders who are actively seeking inspiration and help on organizational strategy and design
• Access to either/org research and tools
• No referral fee or commission to either/org - just sharing the love!
• You are welcome to feature Either/Org as a partner on your website or marketing material

Expectations of Guides

• Provide accurate information about your services. Keep us updated if things change.
• There is no “either/org methodology” or guideline for practice (yet?!?), but we ask that your client-facing teams take time to understand what is available through the either/org project and incorporate either/org inspiration into their creative practice. We can orient your team in a brief onboarding and also welcome feedback on how you’re using the tools.
• Annual support of the Either/Org project in one or more ways:
  • Sliding scale financial sponsorship (tax deductible)
  • Serving on either/org’s Guiding Council
  • Serving as a Curator
  • Serving as a Lab Director
  • We are open to other creative contributions of time and talent
