The Either/Org Project started in 2020 as a collective of leaders, designers and researchers, sharing inspiring alternatives for every facet of organizational design. Today, we’re on a mission to bring innovation and integrity to organizational design and inspire liberatory futures of work. We are committed to disrupting the dominance of traditional western business culture in org design norms that go unquestioned in so many business, non-profit, and government structures. Our dream is to equip everyone with inspiring alternatives so they can be deliberate and brave in designing workplaces that align with their values.
